We accept returns on new and unused goods only. We ask that you notify us of any returns within 7 days of receiving your package. Please note that bespoke items, special orders and items that we do not currently carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a courier for the return of the Product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Thalia Furs will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of goods that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
When you return goods, the credit will be issued in the same form as payment for the original order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Thalia Furs will make every effort to promptly refund the Customer within 14 days (fourteen) from the written order cancellation request and receipt of the returned goods. We will send an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been completed.
